Delivery Information
- Delivery charge for most cities is 25 AED.
- For distant areas, the charge will be 40 AED to 50 AED.
- The delivery cost will be paid to the delivery driver upon receiving your order.
Exchanges and Returns:
“An exchange is only possible if there is a manufacturing defect, and this must be reported to us with the pictured item within 24 hours of receipt.”
- An exchange will also be allowed if the product is incorrect (not what was ordered). Please note, exchanges are allowed only, no refunds will be issued.
In cases where a return is necessary due to special circumstances, a 5% fee will be deducted from the invoice amount, along with the shipping or delivery cost, which is not the responsibility of the company. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer within 24 to 72 hours after the product is received.
Refunds and Replacements:
Refunds or replacements are not provided for:
- Changing your mind after placing an order.
- Making a wrong selection.
Manufacturing Defects:
- Excess threads in some bags are not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Bags are made of leather and are sewn either manually or by machines. It is normal for there to be threads, which you can trim yourself.
- “This rarely happens in some bags.”
Product Testing:
- All bags are tested before selling to ensure good quality over a sufficient period.
- We are not responsible for misuse of the product.

- Special requests are not accepted.
